Segment four of this This American Life episode, in which comedian Rick Reynolds describes a show he did in a prison, is hilarious: Link.  It’s at about the 39 minute mark.  In keeping with This American Life tradition, there are other segments to make you cry, squirm, or ponder the meaning of life.  Brilliant.
